Whynde Kuehn is the Founder and Managing Director of S2E Transformation Inc., and a long-time business architecture pioneer, practitioner, mentor, educator, author, recognized global thought leader, and community builder. She is a Co-founder, Board Member, Editorial Board Chair and Academic Chair of the Business Architecture Guild^®. Ken Williams is a Business Architect with over 20 years’ experience in operational transformation within the Insurance and Financial Services industries. Ken is a Certified Business Architect (CBA)^®, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)^®, Project Management Professional (PMP)^®, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)^®. Working with business leaders he helps enable execution of strategic and tactical transformation through the interweaving of business architecture, organizational change management, benefit realization management, and Agile project management. This alignment provides higher levels of transparency, engagement, and alignment to corporate strategic goals.
