Amélie Régimbal has varied experience in strategic advisory and operational improvement roles, having had the opportunity to explore several spheres of activity in the banking, digital, and insurance fields. She is currently in charge of a business architecture team at Desjardins, the leading financial cooperative in North America. She is the co-founder of the Montreal Business Architecture Community of Practice, affiliated with the Business Architecture Guild^®. She is also certified as a SAFe Agilist (Scaled Agile Framework) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Amélie possesses over 20 years of experience in business architecture and analysis, project management, process improvement, training and skills development, and strategic advising. Most recently she orchestrated the establishment of an enterprise-wide business architecture practice and discipline where she enjoys shaping ideas into action and helping solve business challenges.
