- “In the area of operational risk and business continuity, we have defined critical business services, which share similarities with value streams. By putting these critical business services into an enterprise architecture tool it would help the Op Risk Analysts better understand broader impacts across the enterprise should there be failure of particular systems or services. We are currently looking at how to integrate our enterprise risk management system with our EA system and also our compliance monitoring/GRC system.”
